Beautiful Vulcan rig set up for wheelchair operator. $6000. Great price and highly specialized user needed.

That's a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan, located near Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, and from the pictures I can see this appears to be a well put together sidecar rig.
The wheelchair bound person operates the entire rig, from his/her wheelchair.
All that, for $ 6,000.
