Check this: http://www.obsoletebikeparts.com/a-27731168/various/eml-sidecar-pair-of-15-wheels-for-bmw-k75-k100/

My 1992 BMW K100/EZS rig has 14" tires/wheels all around. 165/70R14 F&R and 165/65 on S/C.... I was considering going to 78 series bias ply tires to gain a little more diameter on wheels to slow eng RPMs down a little.....

Take a look at the 185HR14 Vredestein Sprint Classic Blackwall Tire. I installed one on my former K100/EML drive wheel, resulting in a ~6% gearing reduction from stock -- worked well, although this tire will wear more quickly than an all-season tire:

Construction Tubeless Rayon/Steel Radial
Load Capacity 1,279 lbs. @ 32 psi
Overall Diameter 25.60"
Tread Width 5"
Suggested Rim Width 5-6.5"

I had the tires installed and found something interesting...
The original Firestone were made in Mexico, and the new one that I got are made in Ukraine. I guess the labor is cheaper in the old Eastern block.
