Murph and I are going to go for a ride in our local neighborhood 4th of July parade. He enjoyed watching me work at trying to doll up the Ural for this parade. He'll probably enjoy it even more when all of the banner stuff and ribons all fly off in my face within the first block or so. Any rate, it was fun in trying out some silly ideas as to how to dress up the rig in a cheapo manner that doesn't break the budget. Funny what one can do with a piece of tablecloth material. 🙂

All the folks in the neighborhood sit out on their lawns and enjoy the parade as we drive by and toss out candy and make total fools of ourselves. Murphy will probably bark at them all and love it when all my goodies flap up in my face.

Happy 4th of July, America. Murph and I can't wait to enjoy the event.
Huey

Our scooter club rides in a July 4th parade. My rig is red, so it's easy to just add blue and white if I want to . I have a number of different items for the scoot.. the sidecar gets a garland around it's chrome protector, red white and blue bunting for the trunk, and ribbons / flags for the windscreen, scooter rear views.
This will be our 3rd parade, hope we get sun this year, last 2 years have been raining.

I think that your decorations look great! But Murphy needs a red, white & blue kerchief around his neck for that final touch. I'm sure that you'll be the hit of the parade.

Thank you David.
We were up in Osoyoos for Canada Day and had a great time helping our friends celebrate BC's 150th Birthday.
