whitewall tire needed!

I need some help finding a 16" wide whitewall tire for my Jawa 560. Based on the clearance, I esimate I could squeeze a 4.5" wide tire in there without contacting the shock.

Anyone know where I can lay my hands on a 4.5x16 wide whitewall?
