Watsonian GP vs. Unit Hedingham SS

I am considering either a Watsonian GP or a Unit Hedingham SS for my '79 1000SP. I'm new to rigs, and have been haunting this site for some time, soaking up the info. Any thoughts on these two models? Any input would be appreciated.

Buld quality on both is top-notch. Getting a tub from England or Australia is a whole 'nother ball of wax (whatever the heck that means...). Just my limited experience.
