Hi folks, just a reminder time is getting short, Lake Tahoe always books up, please don't wait till the last minute, I'll continue to bump this up, just to irritate you all...LOL:
USCA 2009 Rally INFORally Registration forms: www.sidecar.com/rally.asp or scroll way down through Bob’s rally site also http://bmwmotorcycletech.info/USCARally2009.htm
Rally Registration form: http://bmwmotorcycletech.info/rally_registration_form.htm print and send in quickly as directed on the form. Camping at Camp Richardson is open for Crows Nest until May 25th. Contact Camp Richardson to make your reservation -> Be sure to tell the reservation clerk that you are with the USCA Group for a 10% discount.Camp Richardson's reservation desk and phone is (800) 544-1801. Note the "4". If you can't get through, try: 530-541-1801 ...That is not an error,
it is 541-1801

NOTE: An overview of discounted fees are: $31.50 per standard camping site per night; twice that for the two oversize camping sites. RV sites: FULL hookups are $40.50 a night; water and electricity sites are $36.00. There are actually water-only tent sites in the RV village at $31.50, but we have not reserved any. For last minute arrivals, that might be a possibility to find some place. MIGHT is the word here.
We expect other campgrounds around Tahoe's south shore to be filled.
IMPORTANT: Most of you will want to camp or have your RV at the Rally site....so, heed Bob/Snowbum’s recommendation about registering with Camp Richardson EARLY! Tahoe is a very popular place and books up a year in advance most of the time; we were graciously allowed to modify our contract with Camp Richardson, to extend the reservation time to May 25th from its previous April 30th...but we absolutely cannot assure you of a place at Camp Richardson if you arrive without a reservation.

USCA Registration/check-in at Rally Headquarters will be officially open:
Thursday: 3 pm to 5 pm.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. AND 2 pm to 5 pm.
Saturday 9 am to noon.Rally Headquarters will be open all day Saturday and on Sunday morning for coffee, ETC)

Just a Note: When filling out the rally registration form remember to have ALL adults sign the form before sending it in. (don't ask why I know that....LOL)
