Hi everyone,I just purchased a 2010 Triumph America Bonneville with the hopes of mounting a sidecar on it.I have the option of purchasing a 2012 Velorex 563 tour.Can I make this combo work and what do you think the sidecar is worth. Thanks for the help for a newbie.John
It will work.
It can be made to work, the America is a bit tricky to do due to the lay out of the exhaust system. The "universal" type mounts that come with the Velorex sidecar more then likely will not work well if at all as the clamps would need to be hanging down trying to resist a twisting motion some thing they are not all that good at. We do make a proper bike specific mounting kit for this bike. And of course all of our sidecars come with bike specific mounts.

Thanks guys,That was a concern with the exhausts right on the frame. Now I know someone(DMC) who makes the proper mounts for that year bike and sidecar,also not knowing a lot I wanted to make sure the hack was not to big/heavy or to small/light. Thanks again
