Trailer Recommendation
Can anyone recommend an open trailer to carry a 2003 Harley Electra Glide with a factory sidecar? According to my factory service manual the width is 76.250 inches. That includes where the batwing fairing sticks out to the side so the trailer can be somewhat narrower.

Pretty sure that there are several solid recommendations to come. That said, I've got something that works pretty well and would be inexpensive. It's originally a two place snowmobile trailer that has been modified for sidecar transport. DM me for pics and details.

Thane I don't know what or how "DM"

Mike, on this page you are reading, look down at the lower right, and you will see a small icon and the word...Messages.
Roll your mouse over that word...Messages, and click on that. It will bring you to the messages box, or the DM box, which means..Direct Messaging.
You can send a person a Direct Message, or personal message, or private message this way.
Another way to get in contact with Thane...is to send me an e-mail, to: midliferider@aol.com
I will receive your e-mail, and respond to it by sending you Thane's e-mail address, so you can e-mail him directly.
The trailer he has for sale, is attractive because of the low price.
If you want a really good trailer, that would last longer than your sidecar rig, then check out the Bear Track utility trailers
https://beartracktrailers.com/product/76-wide-utility-trailer/
And the one for you would be the Bear Track BTU76120S
All aluminum, single axle, 76" wide, folding loading ramp, and there are at least 5 of us here that have the same brand trailers, only slightly wider, such as I have the BTU82120S...because my sidecar rig is PHAT.
You can buy one of those Bear Track BTU76120S trailers for around $ 3,250.00
But check with Thane first....his is less money, and he called first dibs on selling you his trailer.
