Any opinions on a new Ural , would be my first rig. Tommy

I have had a 2006 Ural Gear-up for nearly a month, and have lots of fun on it. So far, the only trouble I have encountered is a clogged air filter due to dusty roads where I live.

Have had my '06 Patrol since March. It's a blast! It can handle anything off-road that I've thrown at it. Only word of caution is that if you're looking for speed, keep looking. I make friends everywhere I go, and my dog loves it.

Just do it! 16,200km on my '05 Tourist and it's been one hell of an adventure. LOVE this bike!
