Bob Darden makes a neat set up for scooters for one of his Texas sidecars. He made the first one for Avanell's Burgman. New Burgman mounts came from Hannigan. Both work equally well. J.R.

Why not call Bob Darden at Texas Sidecars? I know him and he doesn't bite [but I have heard him growl].

From their site:

"You can phone us too, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., by calling 903-640-2149. If we miss your call, please leave a detailed message and we'll call you back as quickly as possible."

We had one of the texas rigs on our reflex.
The Helix should be pretty similar.
It mounts very different to most "regular" side cars.
There are 2 approx 2" square tubes (though I recall it may be a little smaller) that use 4 "C" clamps to mount to the lower frame rails of the scooter.

Oh and they are not regular square tubes, they have a flat bar insert inside them on the top to strengthen it.
