sidecar tire...traction question
I am relatively new to sidecars (3yrs). Last fall, I upgraded rigs. My front tire is in great shape. I just replaced the rear tire. I just looked at the sidecar tire, and noticed it is about 50% finished. I have 15in car tires all around. The sidecar has a brake.
Question...How important is the sidecar tire and what role does it play in regards to handling/traction? Can I let it go a bit more or should I get right on this?
thanks

I would treat it as any other tire on the rig. When the wear bars are even with the tread or 2/32nds of tread depth are left, replace it.
