Sidecar restoration and CB750

I need help. I bought this 1970 CB750 in 1981 and parked it in my garage (still running) in 1985, after all it was just an old bike and the XS1100 was new and fast. To the best of my knowledge I am the 2nd owner. The saddle bags, trunk and sidecar all fit together perfectly, as though it was factory, not like someone jerry rigged it together. I cannot find any markings as to the mfg. on the sidecar, trunk or bags. The paint job on the sidecar is what the whole bike originally had. I unfortunately threw the original fairing away and put a windjammer on it. Can anyone tell me what I have. Is this a rare piece of motorcycle Americana? I know the bike is a classic but what about the rest? I like the idea of restoring it but will need to get pricing and figure out if it is worth it. ANY advice, knowledge etc. will be appreciated.

I see a CB750 with an unknown tour pack and Harley shovelhead saddlebags attached to a Bingham Mark I sidecar.
The body of the Bingham sidecar is a copy of the Jawa 560 model with a trailer fender and a propriatory frame.
Both bike and sidecar are marketable as is but Iwould suggest not spending a lot on restoration.

Thanks so much for the info. I'm sad that I don't have a diamond in the rough. CB750 enthusiasts say to chuck the side car and tour package and go back to stock. I was hoping the combo was a rarity and sought after. I loved the bike when I used to ride it and may still restore it, I just have to figure out how much Im willing to spend -vs- how much it will be worth. Whom ever put this together originally did a very professional job.

personally I like the combo, think it looks cool. I'd chop the bike, and paint some flames or something cool on the sidecar. if you weren't so far away I'd come by and try to talk you out of the the whole thing.

Steve,
In case you missed it below was the reply I posted at SCT.When you go to the link if it does not happen by itself click on 'history' an dyou will see pics of the sidecar etc.

Hello Steve and welcome to the world of sidecars.
The sidecar you have , I beleive is a Bingham made by Doug Bingham. It was a
take off , body wise, of a Velorex 560 but with various improvements. Here is a
link to some pics at Doug's site...take a look and by all means call Doug. He
will no doubt offer you much info on your find. Plan on being on the phone for a
while as he is a talker...say hello to him from Claude in Pa.

I'd semi restore the bike. Sell the bags and tourpak. Just get the bike in decent running condition and have fun!

Or, you could sell the side car to me and sell the bike separately. I have a'79 CB750 and am looking for a small, light weight car to put on it. Where are you located?
