I got a call from a guy in Michigan who has been bitten by the sidecar bug and has heard about a rally in Wisconsin. I haven't found anything about this rally. Is this the Skunk in da woods rally? If anyone has any info on this rally please respond.

When I was gathering sidecar event information for 2015, I was told the Skunks in Da Woods Sidecar Rally would not be held in 2015.

Thanks Bruce. Somewhere in this conversation I found out that this rally was at the least on hold for now. The fellow in MI will have to find another rally to attend.

Let the interested fella know that the Gilmore Car Museum (near Kalamazoo) has a bike show in mid-June. There are often sidecars entered in the three-wheel division. Some years they even have sidecar rides. There is also a vintage bike shop in Galesburg (Checkered Past Cycles) where the proprietor is a Fellow sidecarist. If he just wants to see, ride or maybe even do a parking lot drive and can come to Kalamazoo, I can meet up with him.

There is a rally of the American Voyager Association scheduled in June in Hurley, Wisconsin. Maybe this is what he heard about. I'm a member on that AVA forum site and plan to attend this next June with my "new" '84 Kawasaki Voyager/ Terraplane rig.
The AVA is not solely for Kawasaki Voyagers, but is open to all makes and models, as well as sidecar rigs. So, Will, if you talk to that guy again, tell him to show up at that rally so I will have company representing hacks!
