Looks to me like the sidecar driver had it coming. Definitely only a fool would play that game with a cage! Thankfully, didn't look like the rider was injured and the bike didn't appear to be too damage either.

When you are piloting a vehicle that vulnerable, you have to be a bit more forgiving of idiot drivers.
When he first was stymied from passing, he should have realized that the car had the controlling factor.
It doesn't matter if you were right or not. You are on the losing end of the equation with a car.
When he passed on the right he was provoking the inevitable.

This sidecar rig driver will kill himself, it`s a matter of weeks or months!

I can't imagine anyone could value his own life so little as to let rage take over like he did. Lets face it, we all know a sidecar rig is not a good choice for showing off "trick" riding skills. Even if that guy did deserve to be grabbed by the nap of the neck and pulled through the window of his car, it's just plain stupid. It looks to me like they are both at fault.
