I posted before on this but I am now getting ready to give it a go. It seems like the Road King can be jacked up and blocked without jacking up the TLE sidecar.
(Yes, I will remember to put wheel chocks on the front).
Is there enough height for wheel removal without also lifting the car?

I've never had to lift the sidecar to pull a Harley rear wheel. I've had to disconnect the shocks.

I just changed mine out and did not jack the hack, nor remove the shocks. I did have the advantage of having about a 6" drop from the garage floor to the ground outside so I parked the rear wheel right on the edge of the cement floor.

I must add that replacing the rear tire on the Harley was way more work than on a lowly Ural. Had to remove the right muffler, saddle bag and bag bracket and of course the bellt and caliper and it still was a bit of a tight fit getting it off and on.
