What is reasonable price?
Have never repainted bike, so have no idea what to expect.

At least twice what you expect. I had a body shop tell me they would paint the sidecar, if I disassembled it and brought them only the pieces, for ONLY $1200!
That one was going to be black.
On another occasion, a shop offered to color match, compete with pinstriping, a Motorvaation Formula 2 for $500. His condition was that I bring it in the dead of winter when work was slow.
My point is that prices are all over the board. Best is to take it to a shop and get an estimate.
A lot depends on where you are and who is available in the area. I took the tub and fender off my Valk rig and paid $500 for a nice, solid black to match the factory paint on the Valk. I have considered a repaint to add some flavor, but my kids (and others) are pretty rough on the paint, so I've gotten comfortable that I can save the money and the worries about scratching new paint. I had priced out some paint on the bike and tub at about $1100. I can get it done for less, but might get less quality.
There's a reason flat black is so popular these days 😉
