Rear tire question?
The earlier model Harleys had the narrow rim and used Firestone 5.00x16" ribbed tread tires on all three corners.
Coker tire has a Firestone rib tire in this size. They may not match all the parameters of diameter, profile and speed rating you are looking for but they do fit Harley rims.

the real difference between, say, a panhead and sidecar and a 07 ultra and sidecar is this.
the panhead was good for 50 steady cruise and 65 for a few mins
the 07 ultra i can set the cruise control on 80 - and ive had it to indicated 90 following a volvo car north on 35 in a big hurry to get to a meeting in duluth.
a rear tire that will handle 50 on a panhead loses all its tread in a couple thousand miles at 80
the added heat from the speed makes load rating a big deal as well.
thats why i went to a car tire - to make sure it would handle 80 at full load and not fail
4 years ago i had a rear tire lose its tread and deflate at about 50 mph on a left hand turn
way way too exiting
if that tire when poof on a right hand turn i expect i would not be writing this
