the majority of the folk on the sight have some very very nice hacks and appear to tour. I put a lot of miles on but with a little different look. my son and I were out fine tuning the set up. I have a windshield on the way from gustafson. my son just loves the hack, and you cant believe the attention at the bike meets.

the smile on your son's face says it all, heck my bike is gold and black with a red hack(honda gw red) lol. Seeing that I am a Ga. Tech fan(Dad played for Bobby Dodd), someone bought me one of those house divided bumper sticker. Not all our rigs are going to look like that 35,000 you see on the show room floor. What that saying "it not really the destination, but the journey", that is one sweet rig ratcollector, need more pictures.

Cute rig!
Whether you're $500 or $50,000 in the rig the bugs taste the same and the roses smell just as sweet.
The important thing is getting into the wind and out into the world.

We've had feedback from a couple of lads who's dads took them to school in the sidehack.
It immediately improved their school social experience as BMOC's.

I surprised the grandkids at school one day. They had me circle the block threee times to make sure everyone that counted got to see them.

The heavy coats are because it was about 30 degrees that day. I don't think they noticed. They only lived 7 or 8 blocks from school but we spent better than an hour running around town. "Jimmy went home early today, we have to go past his house" etc.

When I was at the Sidecar meet in Hayden Lake Id. there was a fellow who showed up with a Polaris snowmobile hood on a (IIRC) galvanized stock watering tub, don't have a clue what the bike was. It was kinda like looking at a Play Boy center fold and then someone asking what color were her eyes,,,Aaaaa,,,, I dun know 😉

we have put on a couple thousand miles since that first photo in the spring. added a windshield up graded mounts and added a cup holder. there isn't a bike/chopper meet that we don't get attention at. my son continue to love the sidecar. most of our rides are shorties (under a 100 miles) he is asleep inside the 1st 10 miles. which is hard to believe because my bike is loud and rides like a hardtail. looking forward to someday meeting other sidecars on the road. haven't yet
