Nomenclature of a sidecar

Hi everone i am a newbe with sidecars.
Iam going to build me one by looking at all the pictures you guys have posted.
I dont know the nomenclature of one, i have been calling the parts one thing when they should have been called another, so no one knows what i am talking about,so i dont get many replys to questions i ask.
can anyone tell me where i can get or see a list of parts. tks trieste

Trieste,
You would be better off buying the first one [cheap],and get used to it, the handling, quirks, setup, ETC.
after that, move on to build the one you really think you need.

You could call a velorex dealer to see if they have a manual/handbook for sale.
Mine has the whole sidecar with exploded views and parts description for both the 562 & 700 models . Terminology in my manual is simple.
You could do the same with any other sidecar company.
That would make it easier for you to build one if you wanted to take that route.

THANKS GUYS, NOW I AM UNDERSTANDING MORE ABOUT SIDECARS.
I AM GETTING SOME GOOD INFO. FROM THESE SITES.
I AM ONE OF THOSE FELLAS THAT HAS TO BUILD SOMETHING AND THEN TEAR IT BACK DOWN SERVERAL TIMES TO SEE WHAT MAKES IT TICK. TKS TRIESTE
