I recently moved to northern Wisconsin where I find a great number of dirt and gravel roads. At my age (66) I am no longer thrilled about standing on my pegs as I ride my 2002 BMW R1150 RT down such roads. Consequently, I am looking at acquiring a sidecar. While I have ridden motorcycles for over 50 years, I have never ridden with a sidecar. I would appreciate any information as to safety issues associated with riding with one. I am also looking at a DMC Kenna Single sidecar. It seems to be a reasonable priced unit and from the pictures that I have seen, it looks good attached to a BMW like mine. I would also appreciate any input, pro or con, on this sidecar or its manufacturer.
