I don't have the foggiest idea what this is. Has a snowmobile windshield but that is the only thing I can identify.

home made body on what may be a Velorex chassis.

Look close it isn't a velorex. I think it is all home made. Maybe 🙂

It's a Thompson Cyclecar with a goofy windshield added by someone. the "giveaway" is the buldge just below the windshield. The buldges are for your knees [this is a SMALL sidecar]
