My Rig (2)
Attempt #2

that's a very nice looking rig
I concur -- that bike and car go together so so well. Very nice!
Absolutely love the color.

Beautiful rig!
100th Anniversary color combo was a good one.

Thanks for the complimentary remarks.
Hi Lonnie. Dave and I met a very nice man this morning. He had found our address in the Sidecarist and was looking for help. His name is Jim. He moved here from Boise two weeks ago. He was out in the back yard of his home practicing on his sidecar rig, when all of a sudden a tree jumped out in front of him. When the tree smacked into the front of his rig, it bent the mounting bracket that hooks to the sidecar and the one that hooks to the bike. It also made it impossible to steer. The steering dampener sheered off too.
Dave and I went to his house and discovered what damage he had, and decided it is fixable. We took the steering dampener that was broken off from the bike and ordered a new one. The bent part can be straightened. We have the tools and equipment for doing this, so with a few small adjustments, he should be back rolling again.. It was a good surprise to learn that someone else had moved in the area with a sidecar. We had our phone number changed. Mine is 208-627-8945. Dave's is 509-710-7479. I hope you are doing okay.
Billie,
What kind of rig does he have? There's only a couple of dozen rigs in Boise proper. I might know it.
I'm holding up pretty well, thanks. I haven't been able to take our rig out yet this year but will try to give her a go when the weather gets into the 70's.
We did get a couple of miles in road testing a customer's rig a while back though. That pooped me out.

Nice rig! Great color and the snow backdrop makes it really stand out. Come on warm weather!
Bill 🙂
Thanks and ditto on the weather.
