My CB750 Rebuild
Very nice job with the paint work - looks great!
nothing like vintage and cool combined,...a very stylish set-up,..congrats, crawf.
Sweet....Nice Work....

Congratulation,
I pushed my CB650 148.000km through Europe in 5 years, watching that photo I become jeallous and once again I am sad about not having brought her over to Costa Rica. She was used 18 or 20 years more by the buyer.
My wife isn't fond any more of me reliving the dead (like machines, bikes, cars etc). She uses to remember me to what the neigbour told me when I bought his 1960 Willies:
"Remember an old car is just like an old house. You put lots of money into it and it continues to be the same old house."
You definetely can be proud about your work. Just let your gas hand stay calm, so you can enjoy all that artwork a little longer then I did. (1 year work for driving 3 1/2 years and only 28.000km)
Or as the pensioned owner of a hardware told me. His first car was a 1920 Tin Lizzy he rebuild somewhen in the 50tees. Everybody was honking because he would slow down the traffic, but he was the prowdest car owner in the whole capital!!!
You can it bee too!
Asside note: After that he tried to get new ones and never again did a full rebuild
=> I neither, the full rebuild (of aCB125 /a NSU Supermax and a Willies station waggon and the poor results CB125: broken gearbox/ NSU crash the day before taking it to the technical supervision / Willies lost compression plus many tool machines) were enough to teach me to buy good quality first and better ride carefully and make good maintenance at time. => That way things become cheaper and last longer.
Best wishes and many joyfull rides into the sunset.
Sven
