Glad to hear you weren't seriously injured. I'm in Winslow Twp not far from Medford. Where'd it happen, that kind of stuff really scares me but not enough to keep us (Me & Mrs) from riding. When you and the bike are healed up maybe we can meet-up for a ride.

I would keep close attention to any odd pains, and see a doctor at first sign. That stop anything being denied. Torn legimates, and torn rotary cuffs show up after everything settles. ER do not check for muscle damage. First sign of a torn rotar is this throbbing pain at night when you relax to sleep. They do not heal themselves, and only grow worse. Watch a coworker slowly slide to being release from work for this reseason.
