“Little by little,” the Royal Enfield and I, are becoming friends. I’m anticipating the hills better, with regard to what it takes to encourage that bike to get up there.

I have not yet accidentally or on purpose “flown the car,“ and frankly I am quite surprised at how well the bike stays stable on right-hand turns.

I’m still under 500 miles on the odometer, and I’ve noticed that in the warmer temperatures, when the bike warms up, she purrs like a kitten and responds really well!

Cool. I rode an Enfield with a cozy around the parking lot last weekend. Fun little scoot but very tippy, requiring lots of caution. 🙂

I hope you put already to all screws enough blue Locktite 242 or 243. Thomas lost on his RE at 75km the muffler protector and the first screw at 85km said "pling" at a trafic light. Next morning we took care of those little buggers with the blue "Pa's little helper" and now at 3300km still did not loose more screws. Sunday she started after 10 month standing in the garden tool shack on the first kick!
Good luck.
Sven
