The successful bidder on this Equalean has their work cut out for them.

How about a little more info Lonnie as to why they have "their work cut out " to give someone a Idea of what would be necessary to do or need.

First thing would be to design and install a geometrically correct mechanism to actuate the leaning principle instead of the track and ball setup that was used in the past by Equalean.
I know of two of these cars that work well. A red and white Yamaha mounted one I saw at a couple of the Griffith Park Sidecar Rallies a few years back that had leaning gear designed by an anonymous Huntington Beach fabricator and the other was at The Nelson BC Sidecar Rendezvous. That one was rigid mounted on a Harley Chopper.
I've lost the LA pix but here is the BC rig.

That's quite a rig, You know, I've always wondered what it would be like rideing in a leaner with your body right over the wheel, seems to me that it would be a real bumpy ride.

Wow, What a coincidence, I saw two of those "Leaners" today at a guys place. I couldn't figure out the small tire deal until I saw the E Bay link. Pretty spooky looking affair.....
