As some of you have probably noticed there is a Suzuki-Steib sidecar on
eBay that, in the past, belonged to the famous sidecarist J.R. Ewing.
It was relested after the first auction ended with the highest bidder
offering $3212 (way below the requested reserve). Has anybody inspected
this sidecar rig which seems to belong now to an individual in Santa Ana,
California? J.R's rig was well engineered, and, as far as I know (I saw it
for the first time at the national rally at Wisconsin Dells in 1995)in
good conditions.
I am asking because a Suzuki GSX1100G (shaft drive and automotive wheel)
rig with a Steib S501 sidecar may be worth more than what it's been
offered unless it has developed some...major problems.

Anybody besides me think "I didn't know that Larry Hagman rode a sidecar rig" when they saw this. 😉
