I have seen it but can not come up with anything. I would like to help the person that ask out if we can.
I have seen the body but do not remember the fender.

The fender looks homemade but, yes, that body looks familiar.
Similar to a Bingham Mark II, but different. Mark II pic attached --

The plate mount rigs a bell. there was a brand that used a plate type mount
