I really appreciate the help guys. I'll start looking for an 80's or 90's Gold Wing in Arizona. A lot of the ones I am seeing have 50k plus miles on them. What the typical lifespan of these bikes in miles?

The prices start to go down at about 150,000 miles. 🙂 Seriously, if the rest of the bike looks OK, I wouldn't concern myself with the miles. I sold a GL1200 that spent most of 156K miles pulling a sidecar and camper. The guy who bought it has over 300k on it now and the motor still has not been apart. He says the last time he tuned it up, it still had 125 pounds of compression.
