thanks to your patient explications on the phone my new work horse became a KLR650 which I got delivered on the 13th December (same as my 2 other rigs before 1986 & 2004) and after 3 1/4 riding days, about 2500 mountain bends in 460 miles...Today I got the metalic number plate.
The new "Chatanooga Chou Chou" will get its 3rd wheel and leading link after 3000 more miles more.
