Is the sidecar manual available in any format except PDF? I tried to convert it to upload to my Kindle and the columns are screwing up the conversion process.
It's not trivial to remove columns from a PDF file, I started doing a few pages by hand but it is such an tricky process I ended up reading the thing as I go which kind of defeats the purpose.
