Did you try to call them? I have found that some companies you do better to call. They have a toll free number.

I haven't done any business recently but was very impressed when I did. They supplied a windscreen to replace the factory screen on an obscure bike (1982 Suzuki Katana) in short order at a good price. I don't know what they use for patterns or measurements but I was amazed - surely they don't have hundreds of patterns in their shop? If they do, where do they get them?

i had them make me a custom w/s last year for a hannigan 2+2, hannigan would not ship me one, they did a first class job, they did not have a pattern and hannigan would not supply one, the one they made doesn't look like the original, it looks better, i was there while the owner made it, he started at 8am, went thru 5 4x8 sheets of marine grade plexiglass trying to get a proper fit for the roof, finally had a finished product at 9pm that nite, even put vents in it, something else hannigan won't do, world of difference according to the ol' lady, for the better, as anyone who owns a hannigan can tell ya, they are a hotbox in warm weather, charged me $500 which i feel is a fair price considering what he went thru making sure everything fit properly, not to even mention all the plexiglass he ruined making it right, other poster is correct, call him as he is too busy to screw around with the computer, as for patterns, he has so many i couldn't begin to count them, just none for the pos hannigan. i highly recommend him. my 2 cents worth.good luck

Ill try the phone and email again, just have to question a company quick to take money and then not respond. sounds like they are on the up & up and provide a quality which is what is important.
I guess if it wasn't for those pesky customers getting in the way of business they could respond.
