Can you post Pics here? If so How?

Bought a Old Ca. sidecar at a Auction, Its been a nightmare to get it mounted to the Harley

I am just about there, but want to do some more Modifications

1. Need to get a windshield made, its curved so it will be a heatedthen curved shape.
Any leads on who can do this, I have a pattern.

2. Suspension
The Ca. side car had a wheel (Small) tucked into the fiberglass shell.
We ReGlassed the whole side and moved the wheel outboard, so I can now use a laced 16" Harley wheel and fender.
The sidecar seems to have no suspension built into the Design.
I meet a guy on a Honda, with a sidecar that had suspension, and a switch to raise and lower the sidecar wheel for turns.
Anybody have any diagrams, or sketches for such.

Kind Regards

Windshield: Gustaffson Plastics.
Pre 1989 CSC cars had torsional suspension and wee ball and collet lower mounts. From 1989 on they had trailing arm coil over shock suspension and safer 5/8" heim joint and clevis lower mounts.
The tilt adjustment factor was via an electric screw jack with handlebar controls that raised and lowered the car by adjusting the anchor point of the suspesion.
Due to the speed of these units they are not designed for use in turns but to accomodate different loading and road crown conditions.

your csc f1 looks just like mine and its a beautiful thing!
if you don't want that little 4 lug car wheel let me know I can always use a spare
I think it would look cool mounted on the back ural style, and double as a little balist.
