get the chair back down...

Ok, I've been riding now about a month and loving it. Been having one problem though - when the chair flies, how to get it back down...=) really It's only suprised me about 3 times, each time accelerating away (and turning right) from a stop. Obviously, I'm accelerating too fast, but I'm at a fairly low speed when it starts to rise more than I feel comfortable with. I've been getting it back down by slowing down, or steering a bit to the left (into the oncoming lane!)...but looking for other techniques. does braking (front only?) while accelerating work? or just braking/slowing down? I'm freaked out that something will happen at higher speed and I won't be able to handle it. Practice practice practice.

I don't think you have to furnish your own rig for the class in Washington. You might want to reconsider the "cheap" November class.

I want it to be fresh in my mind for next season. So, planning on doing it early next year.
