Trying to find a decent deal on shipping from Maryland to Arkansas is tough! I've checked with all the usual suspects. Put it up on Uship for bids. Maybe I can get a decent deal that way from someone.
JC Motors will do it. I've been very pleased with them in the past. It is going to take up two spots, as it is an attached rig. Their online quote system shows a price of $1194.00 to ship from Maryland to Arkansas for a side-by-side rig.
I've used them to ship my bike across country a couple of times. They are picking up my Sidecar from Hannigan Motors in Kentucky this week to ship to Oregon!
Best of luck.
Federal has already give me a quote of 689.00 business to business. He is thinking about delivering it himself instead of shipping it. I wish I had the time to fly up and ride it home.
I cant wait to see your rig. I'd still like to have a rig like that in the future.
Sweeeeet!

Got this rig bought. Just got to get it shipped from up north to me. Im excited!
Owning a VTX1300 tug myself, I can say it has plenty of pep to haul your
sidecar and is virtually bulletproof. My only negative is the fact that
the valves should be checked/adjusted every 8,000 miles and they are a
bear to get at, especially with the side connected as the timing marks
are pretty deep inside the case and difficult to line up, even when you
can get your head down close to the opening. I just did mine when I had
the body off the frame for painting and it was still a chore. Hopefully
your mounts aren't difficult to drop the side off to do your valves. It
is my understanding that Honda dealers won't even touch a sidecar rig but
I don't know if that is a local decision or not as I do my own wrenching.
Anyway good luck with that pretty outfit and enjoy.
As for shippers, have you checked with Incognito Express - Harley Fox. Currently they are willing to beat other quotes. My rig arrived safely under their care. Harley and wife own VTX's and wife's has a side. I receive no remuneration for this info.
safe delivery and riding to you.

P.s. Yes, It is a beautiful outfit!
I requested a quote from them, I appreciate the info.

Might also give a try to Cycle/Car Hauling from Carrolton, TX. He was recommended to me by a motorcycle museum down there. He delivered a Goldwing and sidecar to me last November. San Diego, CA to northwestern Wisconsin. When I told him I wasn't in a huge rush, he quoted me $700. 972-242-6578. He uses an open trailer. Some folks whine about that, but $700 was $459 cheaper than second place and it arrived safe and sound on the day he told me to expect it.
Ya might have to get more specific about who there.

Erv Borne was the hauler. He also owns the business.
Still can find him

Doesn't the phone number work? I just did an internet search and it comes up multiple times for cycle and car hauling. One guy spells his name Irv Boorn. ( http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/VintageAsianMotorcycles/message/2823)
Color me an idiot. Cant find it.

972-242-6578 It's in my first post. I don't remember if this is his cell or office. He may not answer until Monday if it's an office number.
You could try this guy for transport.

He brought my rig up from SC for me. Although I'd say right now a lot of them are going to be busy going to Daytona. Although you might get a deal from someone returning from where the bike is. I'd get a price from a few places. A lot of the pricing depends on where they're coming from and where they're going, whether they can arrange other loads nearby.
