easy access sidecar info
When i was selling the 88 sidecar i talked to a lot of people. the guy i sold it to wanted it for his dog . but i talked to a lot of people who needed a sidecar to continue riding or so their wife or family member could keep riding with them .Joyce was nice enough to send me the USCA trifolds to hand out to people interested in sidecars . what i am looking for is a place to download a few flyers to hand out to people who would need an easy access sidecar.the harley sidecar can be hard to get into for people who have trouble bending or climbing . i figure if we keep people and their family members riding its a good thing for our group.
Here re a few links to some easy access sidecars.

I'm sure there are more but this might get you started
Some of the Urals have a deep cutaway just forward of the fender, a few have a small door.
Some of the other eastern European models like Jupiter have the top forward part of the body slide forward or tilt upward for easy entry.
In Europe and Asia, the sidecar is a utility ride more than a recreational ride. As such they can be more passenger friendly.
We have many that are easy to get in and out of, we also have been known to add electric seat lifts as needed.

everybody ,thanks for the info .like i said several of the people would have had real trouble getting in a regular harley sidecar. i know how it feels to be unable to do the things you love and enjoy .2011 i got so it took me me 5 minutes to climb on my bike with a sidecar. then i couldn't bend my legs enough to use the shifter or rear brake. then i had both hips replaced and i am back to normal now. i will print up this info for when i talk to people about sidecars

Hello Horrorguy.
What you are doing is a great service to those who may wish to purchase a sidecar. As you will see there are many variations out there. Some of us do total custom projects and some do not. You could even contact the manufacturers that Joyce listed if you wish. You will find that most sidecar manufacturers get along very well and are true enthusiasts of the sport.
Claude ,thanks for the links .i plan on down loading the sidecar training. proper training is very important to keep our sport as safe as possible . when my wife and my mother in law wanted to learn to ride motorcycles they asked me to teach them .i said NO !! ,i will not teach you my bad habits .i had them take the motorcycle course at the collage we lived by at the time. i learned the old fashion way [self taught ]. it was painful and expensive . when the riding season rolls around again hopefully i can steer more people towards sidecaring
