The attached image was taken the Anamosa, Iowa sidecar rally in 2008.
I am interested in building a new rig very similar to the attached image.
Getting nowhere fast with attempts to talk with Hannigan and Ruth Ann seems to be discouraging the use of Center Hub Steering.
If anyone knows the owner, please respond.

Just curious -- why do you want to get hold of the owner of this particular rig?
Seems like all of the Hannigan HP rigs built by Bill McSheehey and Bill Ballou were pretty similar.

It’s just like my Bandit Bandito. Except it’s the Concours 14. Nice combination.
