have a Dneper and the seat needs to be recoverd. I gues my question is do I get it covered like it was before, which the seat and back were puffed out, I think people with Dnepers know what I mean. Or do I try and get it flat more like a car seat. I do have to rebuild the seat part which rotted out. The front and the back of the seat the wood 2x has hi as the sides, should I just make it all the same hight. Has anyone rebuilt their own wouldnt mind seeing pictures. I will try and load some pictures myself later when I get off work.

If the seat base is in good shape have the seat done with high density foam and marine grade Vinyl Ala later model URALs.
The old rubberized horsehair mushroom seats were very uncomfortable. The squared ofF, tapered URAL seats are mucch easier on the passenger.
