Can someone tell me how to tighten the crown nut on my 92PD. I am trying to tighten the steering up a bit.

On most bikes the bearing adjustment nut is below the crown nut.
The bearings can be tightened a bit to eliminate the flop or looseness but shouldn't be tightened so much as to spall the bearings or put them in a bind. This will help lessen or eliminate front end wiggle on sidecar rigs.
Wider handlebars or weighted bars also will help control it.
