Hi Guys,
I have a Honda Valkyrie and thinking going with a car tire for front.
Has anybody done it. I have seen some sport bikes with all car tires and looks good, but
don't know if there are any problems with it.
And how can I fegure out what size tire I need.
Thanks

Your going to need more than just a tire you need the front forks to go with it, finding a tire that's narrow enough to fit in between the stock forks is a lost cause, there just isn't room.

If there's room up front for the auto tire, fine. Some differences may be noted besides the great mileage factor.
A front auto radial tire has a tendency to follow pavement seams, the ride can be somewhat choppier and steering mods may be needed for comfortable handling.

How about the trail difference when you switch from a 17" or whatever you have to a 15"..... seems like that would also make a bunch of handling changes...if you could find a car tire with the same overall dimension it would be good... I have seen lots of EML and EZS bikes with car tires... but that is a whole engineered package.. Interesting topic.. Even if you converted to Leading Link...is there enough width for a car tire...even a small one?
