Hey everyone.....Need some information about a purchase I made. My dog put his foot down and forced me to buy a 1986 Honda Helix that has a California "Partner" sidecar attached. I understand that these sidecars are no longer made. Does anyone have an idea of how old it could be and what value could be placed on the sidecar. Also it is set up with a slight lean to the right.....we notice at around 30 mph the rig seems to get squirly. Any info and advice would be great!!

The Partner was discontinued after 1985.
The Sidekick, after 1989.
The Commuter after 2001.
In 1985 all three weighed 100#
In 1985 all three sold for $995.00 new.
In 1986 the Commuter went up to 120#, the Sidekick dropped to 85# and the Partner was dropped from the lineup.
Partner book value is $210.00. Probably worth more in very good condition.
