Best shippers?
If I buy a complete rig out of state, anyone have experience with shippers (good or bad) and care to share?
Thanks in advance!
Last summer Matthew Porter of The TransPorters USA delivered a rig for us from Pennsylvania down to Louisiana on an open trailer - good, timely service: TheTransPortersUSA@gmail.com or 972-523-8961. Of course, timing & pricing depend on scheduling and routes.

I used u-ship to get mu Bural from Cleveland Ohio to Crockett Tx. Cheaper than what I could drive up after it. Other than 2 month delay due to 4 feet of snow,it arrived in covered trailer. J.R. P.S. Ural/BMW engine=Bural
I had my Harley sidecar shipped from Florida to Michigan a couple of years ago. I went through JC motors as broker and the sidecar was transported by Keyboard trucking. I think you can go directly to www.keyboardmotorcycleshipping.com They did a great job, enclosed trailer, picked up at the seller's house in Florida and dropped off at my house. I would use them again.
I used u-ship and specified a closed trailer. Had a rig shipped from Chicago to north of Pittsburgh, PA in a day. Picked up at the seller and delivered to my garage. They did a great job and kept me informed via text during the entire trip.
I've used Uship in the past and always good results.
I recently used PD Transport out of Ft Lauderdale. It took them almost thirty days to deliver my bike from Massachusetts to Florida! I, personally, would not use them again.
