Been seeing this a lot lately

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'
Script timed out
/megabbs/forum-view.asp
The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.
Anyone else?? I use three different computers, so I don't think it's on my end. I have no trouble getting to the home page or other pages, just the forum. Some days I can't get to the forum at all.
While I haven't seen this error, it does seem like the forum pages can sometimes take forever to load!

yeah, i have this problem once in a while...I just "X" it and go back later and it opens instantly.
Ditto what Steve said. And it seems the times it takes a long time to come up, it also takes a long time to switch from one thread to the next. Oh well, I got the time to wait. Then other times every thing clicks in an instant. Centurytel server was down yesterday. That was much more frustrating. But still not a life changing event...
This Mac guy is also experiencing the sloooooooooooooow opening site. I've had with both Safari and Firefox! Being impatient, I sometimes just give up and come back later.

Later works for me.
I notice when the workday starts the site slows down. It's easier to get on during "coffee breaks" and lunch times or after 6:00PM.
You don't suppose some folks are logging on during work hours do you?
Naw, No way! LOL

I'm actually on a lot more between 9pm and about 2am. It seems to act up here at any time of day. If this was a bandwidth issue, it would be affecting the main website as well as the forum.
Now, out here on the lake, the best broadband connection I can get is only 5mb, so it's not like you city folks with the real high speed connections but I'd quit trying if this was a 56k dial up account.
Well, I'm still fussing with the old dialup and I've never had that error message. Slow loading pages yes, but it's always worth the wait.
Joyce,
DSL won't get you here any quicker.
