Another Sidecar Article
Hey, what's going on? (Said in jest - tongue in cheek.) First we have the article by Clem Salvadori in "Rider" and now the May issue of "Crusing Rider" has a conversation with Doug Bingham. How are we going to handle all the attention?
But, Doug, if you read this, it sure would have been a nice plug to have mentioned the real value of hacks for those of us who have loved ones with disabilities who want to travel the road with us. (Just felt it would have cool for Doug to have mentioned all the disabilitiy application he and others have done.)

Ron,
I don't know about the "first" with Salvatori on the sidecars.
Doug has been driving, building, racing and championing sidecars for most of his adult life. Being heavily involved with the USCA, the SIC, and his own sidecar company Side Strider, Inc., he has probably helped more handicapped riders on, and back on, the road than anyone I can think of.
A member of the Motorcycle Hall of Fame, his 35th Annual Griffith Park, LA Sidecar Rally will be held in October.

Me thinks some here don't enjoy/understand a tad bit of satire. I'm very well aware of Clem and Doug's histories. Guess I'd better start saying "THE FOLLOWING IS MEANT IN JEST ;-)"
Peace - we sure need it!
Ron (Who made some edits to his original post to (hopefully) clarify what he was saying.)
