I just did a quick Google search. There are tons of quality baskets available. I doubt you'll find something specific to sidecars. The suit case variety could easily be adapted to a luggage rack on a sidecar. Your looking for some serious style points there.

I'd like to mount a pair of vintage trumpet horns on my Jawa/Velorex 560.
Any source for them and any one have a photo of one on their s/c?

I suspect that you are going to have to reinvent the wheel here.
One point to consider is the chaffing effect of the wicker against the luggage rack because of vibration. You will want some kind of padding to preserve the wicker. Also consider the wickers fragility when you cinch the straps down. You could easily crush the wicker just by over tightening. Dirt roads stir up dust which will find its way into your basket, so route selection will be a factor as well. I mounted a small insulated zipper bag on my sidecar so I could keep snacks and drinks available for my son.

I would imagine that a wicker basket would hold up quite well as a sidecar accessory if mounted with care and with some protection against abrasion. Wicker buggy and sidecar bodies were used in the past for decades on much tougher roads than we are using today.
A leather or vinyl protective pad could be attached under the basket and a nylon liner or bag would protect the contents from the elements.
Retro and nostalgia being the rage these days there's probably a market window out there for just such an accessory.
My bride had one on hanging from the bars of her mountain bike for several years attached with three small leather straps and it was still in good shape when she sold the bike.
