K1200s / Hannigan rig (want to go to the darkside)

Hi there. Running a 2005 BMW K1200s / Hannigan sidecar rig. Perhaps not an ideal bike to hitch a chair to 😉 but I love the setup; it handles great and goes like snot 🙂 Leading legs were fabbed and installed by Peter Smith at Side Effects.

Anyhoo, I'm blowing through rear tires fast and I want to possibly fit a high speed rated car tire to the stock 17" rear wheel. Currently running Michelin Pilot Road 190/50 ZR17.

Would like to retain the stock rear wheel if at all possible. Anyone got any advice ? Thanks for all replies.
