Any liguid cooled / shaft drive, solid steel frame will be best. Any other will be good too. Sidecar is fun.

Do not have wheel. It use 165r15 (165/80r15) tire.

What bike do you have now? It can be big enoght to attach sidecar. Big bike w/ sidecar is not a best idea for biginer.
