I assume minimum weight is important. Think airplane fabric and dope. Modern materials use heat to shrink the synthetic materials over a wood frame.

Just an FYI: The item circled in the shop manual picture shown in one of the earlier posts will not need to be removed or replaced when TriGlide trees...
