If you plan to attend and want to motel in Council Grove area make reservations now. Be aware that at Canning Creek Camp Area #3 (we will be in Canning Creek Camp Area #2) a dual sport motorcycle event will be going on (14,15.16) at the same time as our event. It is sponsored by Backroads Touring - Kansas a great group of responsible dual sport riders.
BTW... the Canning Creek areas at Council Grove lake may have some of the best Bath and Restroom camp ground facilities in the country! Am I exaggerating Joyce?
You are right Jim, and they also serve as storm shelters in case of tornados, don't ask me how I know :^)
