Fender,1)Must be a member of the USCA 2) That person will be a contact for other sidecarists and for people intrested in sidecars also to promote the USCA in any motorcycle expo or event in their state.Fender what I have found out with my sidecar is most people come up to me and ask the questions if they seem to be intrested I will offer them a application to the club a couple of times they have paid me and I have just mailed it in that was my choice to do that though.I have gone to a local MC swap meet the past few years and have passed out applications there also but most people there are usually looking for some treasures in old boxes but then again I been there to.
